You need two hands to use it and it is really strong and it can kill a giant so easily but it takes a long time to charge. If you are annoyed about that then write in your console "tgm". It stands for the god mode and it gives you infinite health, magica and stamina. Any way back to fire storm, fire storm can kill a guard easily, also frost troll, also dragons but it takes a little bit longer to kill a dragon. blood dragons are hard. now the code for fire storm is player.additem 000A270C and then you will get the spell tome
