People believed in many gods but then later they made a new religion called Monotheism, there was only meant to be only one true god but people believed in other gods they would be not true. Abraham made a deal with god and he had kids even though Abraham was about 99 years old but there was another thing Abraham had to do all his descendants have to be circumcised but Abraham's descendants were counted as a great nation, is this a good deal or not because Abraham is an old guy and before he dies his family gets to be a great nation so it is a pretty good deal.
