Starting Items: Boots
Core Items: Phase Boots, Daedalus and Shadow Blade.
Situational Items: Sange And Yasha, Divine Rapier ( Only buy Rapier if you are indestructible ), Heart Of Tarrasque ( Good With The Rapier Because It Makes You Indestructible ).
How To Escape With Lycanthrope ( You Should Use This If You Have The Rapier But Don't Have Heart )
Escape with Shadow Blade, if it is not loaded use Ultimate, if you do not want to waste mana just use phase boots.
