Sea sponges are really simple, they actually eat anything that is in the water, if there is meat in the ocean they will eat it, if there is human meat they will eat it, it will eat any meat even some really weird animal's meat. Animals that eat food have to get it out later, so they have a well you know. All animals that eat have an anus because they need to get the food out because if they don't have one what will they do with the food, there are a lot of animals that eat, I know one that is one in your house, it is a human and it is you and you have an anus, a lot of animals have one, every person on the planet have one ( if one does not have one he is secretly an alien or he has a problem ).
