Complex Animals

Arthropods are a type of complex animal, they are scorpions, crabs, lobsters, butterflies, centipedes and other animals, they have segmented bodies, the segments are abdomen that is the back, the thorax is in the neck area and the head is well in the head, they also have an exoskeleton that is hard and it is made out of chitin and that is hard, it is called exoskeleton because exoskeleton means outside skeleton and it is called that because it is hard like bones, if you removed the exoskeleton from a crab they would not be so hard and their pincers would not be effective, they also have jointed feet and some animals don't have jointed feet that is why I said that. Myriapoda means many feet and all myriapods have a lot of feet of course, they are millipedes, centipedes and others, they have a lot of legs some of them have more than fifty.
